Kyle McLaughlin, Founder/CEO
Kyle is the founder and CEO of Refresh Ventures. He is an economic thinker and open to new ideas that can disrupt any industry. With a passion for development and sustainability he believes everything can be "refreshed" when done the right way. Kyle previously has worked in the construction and hospitality industry for bulk of his career. At the age of 25 he started his own bar/restaurant. Taking over an existing space and rejuvenating an existing brand. He sold his portion of the company a year later to start on a new venture. Prior to starting RV, Kyle helped to develop Stitch House Brewery from its inception in downtown Wilmington, DE. The brewery is part of a larger push for economic change in the state’s biggest city. Kyle is currently an adjunct professor teaching entrepreneurship in the University of Delaware's nationally acclaimed Horn Program.
Kyle holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from Providence College. He resides in the greater Philadelphia area.
